How It Works

Registration Renewal in One Stop at Azure and Tenaya

Pull into Tenaya Village off Azure Drive and find the hut next to Service King. If your vehicle needs a smog check as part of renewal, the test takes about 15 minutes. When you pass, the result goes to the Nevada DMV in real time. The technician then processes the renewal application without you having to leave.

You do not need your renewal notice. The technician looks up your vehicle by the VIN from your door placard or window sticker. Bring payment for the DMV renewal fee. Your sticker is mailed by the Nevada DMV to the address on your account.

Your renewal notice is not required, but it does include your exact DMV fee amount. Bring it if you have it. If not, the technician can look up the amount when processing your renewal.

If your address has changed

Let the technician know before the renewal processes. Your sticker ships to the address on file at the Nevada DMV. If that address is outdated, the sticker could go to the wrong location. Updating it during this visit ensures it gets to you.

Finding the Hut at 7330 W Azure Dr

Smog Busters Azure & Tenaya is inside Tenaya Village shopping center at the corner of Azure Drive and Tenaya Way in northwest Las Vegas. The hut sits between Service King auto body and One Stop Auto, with Lee’s Liquor visible across Azure Drive. Pull into the shopping center lot from Azure Drive for easy access.

For residents of Centennial Hills, Lone Mountain, Los Prados, Eagle Creek Estates, Rancho Alta Mira, and surrounding neighborhoods, this is the closest Smog Busters location. From the 215 Beltway, take the Tenaya exit and the shopping center is a short distance south.

If your registration is expired and you need to drive the vehicle to the hut, a temporary moving permit can be issued at this same location to cover you legally in transit.
