Coming from Southern Highlands or Coronado Ranch on Dean Martin, you do not need to touch the freeway. Pull in from Dean Martin Drive and the hut is visible from the driveway. The Circle K lot makes it an easy errand stop — park, walk up to the window, and the test starts from there.
When your vehicle passes, the result transmits to the Nevada DMV electronically. If your registration is due in the same window, the renewal is processed at the same stop. Your sticker is mailed by the Nevada DMV to your address on file. Timing can vary by Nevada DMV processing and mail delivery.

Dean Martin Drive runs the spine of the southwest valley, and this hut sits right in the thick of it at Cactus Avenue. Drivers coming from Southern Highlands, Enterprise, Highlands Ranch, Desert Oasis, and Mountain’s Edge are typically five to ten minutes away. From the south end of the 215 Beltway, exit at Dean Martin and head north. The Circle K lot is on your left at Cactus Avenue — look for the car wash exit.
Cactus Avenue connects this part of the valley east to Decatur, Rainbow, and Bermuda Road. Drivers running Cactus corridor errands find this stop easy to fold into the day. On Saturdays especially, pulling into this lot saves the kind of wait you find at a full DMV branch in Flamingo or Henderson.
