How One-Stop Registration Renewal Works
Your smog check comes first. Pull up to the hut at 5673 S Grand Canyon Dr in the Speedee Mart lot. The tech runs the inspection. When your vehicle passes, the result goes to the Nevada DMV electronically. The hut then processes your registration renewal on the spot.
Your sticker is mailed directly from the Nevada DMV to the address on file after processing. DMV and mail timing can vary. You do not have to make a separate trip to the DMV office or wait in that line at all.
What to Bring
The process is straightforward. Bring the following if you have them:
- Renewal notice from the Nevada DMV — has your account number and fee total
- Current registration card — useful if you do not have the renewal notice
- Valid payment method — cash, card, or check depending on what you have
- Valid Nevada insurance — required for registration processing
Missing Your Renewal Notice?
You can still renew without it. Bring your current registration card and valid payment. We pull up your account by plate number and process the renewal from there. Your sticker mails to the address on file with the DMV.
If your address has changed recently, update it with the Nevada DMV before renewing so the sticker goes to the right place.
Vehicles Covered
Standard Nevada registration renewal paperwork is available at Grand Canyon & Russell, with smog testing available only for qualifying vehicles that require an emissions inspection.
