The hut is at 5673 S Grand Canyon Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89148, inside the Speedee Mart parking lot directly under the gas price sign. If you are heading east or west on Russell Road, you will see the sign from the street before you reach the turn.
If you live or work in Rhodes Ranch, The Ridges, Siena, Summerlin South, Spring Valley, The Lakes, Peccole Ranch, Canyon Gate, or Mountain’s Edge, this hut is close. The 215 Beltway puts you here in a few minutes via the Grand Canyon Dr exit. Pull in, pull up, and you are done before your lunch break ends.
Smog Check at This Location
Your renewal window does not stay open forever. When it is time, get the smog done first and the rest of the renewal follows in the same visit.
This hut runs standard Nevada smog inspections on a walk-in basis. Pull up, the tech comes out to your window, and the test runs from there. Most visits are done in under 15 minutes. When your vehicle passes, the result goes to the Nevada DMV electronically, and you can complete your registration renewal right at the hut — your sticker is mailed by the Nevada DMV after processing.
If your vehicle does not pass, you will receive the test result information so you know what needs attention next. Grand Canyon & Russell is a testing-only station — call Smog Busters and we can point you to the right location for diagnosis or repair if needed.
