Registration Renewal
E Sahara & Atlantic
Your renewal notice is in hand and the clock is ticking. For most Clark County vehicles, the smog check is the first step before the registration renewal can process. This station handles both in one visit. Bring your renewal notice and insurance card, pass the emissions test, and the registration is taken care of here before you leave. No separate DMV trip, no second stop. Walk in any time the station is open.
Smog Check First, Then Registration Renewal
For most Clark County vehicles, registration renewal requires a passing smog certificate before the renewal can be processed. This station handles both steps in a single visit. You do not need to go to the smog station, then drive to the DMV. The smog check and the registration renewal happen here, at the same counter, without a second trip.
When your vehicle passes the emissions test, the result is submitted to the Nevada DMV electronically from this station. The registration renewal is then processed right here. After the state processes the renewal on their end, your new registration sticker is mailed from the Nevada DMV to the address on file for your vehicle. You do not receive the sticker at the station the same day.
