Got an RV due for its smog check? Pull up with it, no appointment needed. Gasoline cars, trucks, and RVs all run through the same Nevada emissions test here, and most are done in 15 minutes or less.

Registration due? We renew it in the same visit. You pay our $10 fee plus what you owe the DMV, and the DMV mails your tags to the address on file. You don’t need your renewal notice. We find your car by the VIN on your door placard or windshield plate.

Driving a diesel? Diesel testing is done at our E Sahara & Atlantic hut, 2711 E Sahara Ave.

Car didn’t pass? You leave with your test results, so you know what needs fixing. Call (702) 645-2443 and we’ll point you to one of our 4 repair locations.

Nevada DMV Services at Rancho & Craig

Picked up a car from a private seller, and it has no plates? Without plates or a permit, it can’t legally go anywhere. We print temporary moving permits right here at the hut, with no DMV appointment, so you can drive the car while its registration or title paperwork goes through. Call (702) 645-2443 first and we’ll tell you what to bring.

Then let us finish the job. Hand us the signed title, the bill of sale, and your ID, and we file the title transfer for you. Your new title comes by mail from the Nevada DMV, which can take about 6 weeks.

Registering a car you brought from another state? Your Nevada plates and documents are delivered to this hut, and we’ll call you when they arrive. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days, and 2-day or 4-day expedited service is available if you need it sooner.
