Smog Check on E Horizon Ridge

Hand us your keys in the Speedee Mart lot, and most smog checks are done in 15 minutes or less. You don’t need an appointment. Our analyzer reports your result to the Nevada DMV electronically, so there’s nothing to mail in.

Registration due? We renew it in the same visit. You pay our $10 fee plus what you owe the DMV, and the DMV mails your tags to the address on file. You don’t need your renewal notice. We find your car by the VIN on your door placard or windshield plate.

Driving a diesel? Diesel testing is done at our E Sahara & Atlantic hut, 2711 E Sahara Ave.

Nevada DMV Services at Horizon Ridge & Mission

Just bought a car from a private seller, or bringing home something new? Until it’s registered, it isn’t legal to drive. We handle new vehicle registration right here, with no DMV appointment. Call (725) 293-5211 first and we’ll tell you what to bring. We submit your paperwork to the Nevada DMV, and your plates and documents come back to this hut. We call you when they’re ready. Registration paperwork usually takes 7 to 10 business days to process. Need it sooner? Ask about our 2-day and 4-day expedited options.

Buying a used car from a private seller? Bring the signed title, bill of sale, and your ID, and we’ll file your title transfer. The DMV mails the new title, which can take about 6 weeks. Moving in from another state works the same way: we start your Nevada registration here, and your plates come back to this hut.
