Smog Check at E Tropicana & Morris

This hut tests gasoline vehicles. Pull in, hand over your keys, and most Nevada emissions tests take 15 minutes or less, with the result sent from our analyzer straight to the DMV.

Registration due? We renew it in the same visit. You pay our $10 fee plus what you owe the DMV, and the DMV mails your tags to the address on file. You don’t need your renewal notice. We find your car by the VIN on your door placard or windshield plate.

Driving a diesel? Diesel testing is done at our E Sahara & Atlantic hut, 2711 E Sahara Ave.

Car didn’t pass? You leave with your test results, so you know what needs fixing. Call (702) 433-8900 and we’ll point you to one of our 4 repair locations.

Nevada DMV Services at E Tropicana & Morris

Did an insurance lapse suspend your registration? Get new Nevada coverage first, then bring proof of insurance to this hut. We submit your reinstatement paperwork to the DMV, with no DMV appointment, and you pay the DMV’s reinstatement fees. Give us a call at (702) 433-8900 first, and we’ll go over the documents.

Buying or selling a car on the east side? We submit the title transfer, and the Nevada DMV mails the new title, often about 6 weeks later.

Other paperwork, like new or out-of-state registration, takes 7 to 10 business days. Plates for those come back to this hut, and we call you when they’re ready.
